In yoga I’ve found my passion. I’ve been an aerobics instructor, spent many years on a weight bench, and even dabbled in kick-boxing…but when I discovered yoga many years ago – I fell in love! After years of practice and trying out various styles and instructors until I found what resonated with me, I took the leap to become a certified teacher.

Yoga is not just a great fitness program that builds core strength, increases flexibility and muscle tone and improves balance. It can also help improve breathing, increase body awareness, reduce stress and provide mental calmness.
