“Stress Less” at Glowing Body Mondays 7:45-8:45pm
Glowing Body studio – 711 Irwin Street. Life can be stressful. Conscientious yoga makes it more manageable. Class begins with breath awareness and moves to all-levels slow flow with a focus on grounding postures and gentle stretching to release tension. A combination of yin and restorative postures provide further relaxation as we progress toward a healing savasana that incorporates guided meditation to leave you feeling balanced, grounded, and calm.

“Hot Flow” – new location/time to be announced soon

Hot Flow yoga is conducted in a warm environment in order to help to heat the muscles to facilitate better range of motion, and to assist the body to sweat out impurities and toxins. Please bring to class a yoga mat, a sense of humor, an open mind and a bottle of water to hydrate. Clothing should be comfortable and you should be able to move in it. For the hot yoga classes it’s also good to have a towel handy (and you can find special hot yoga towels to put on your mat to prevent slipping). A yoga block is also recommended.

“Slow Flow” at Balanced You – new day/time to be announced soon
Balanced You studio – 6712 Kingston Pike (on Bearden Hill between Valvoline & Brandon’s – the studio shares a lot with Newton Jones Insurance). The studio holds about 6-7 students so please send me a note if you are interested as classes fill up fast.
